After a weekend of judging and intense discussion among the 3 judges, they have arrived at a decision on the winners of the Happiness Photo Contest 2013.
Their decision at the end was almost unaminous.
Children enjoy playing in the rain after a sudden downpour occurred in Quezon city, Philippines.
