Happiness is a Good Bath

During the monsoon season, heavy flooding occurs in wide areas of Central Luzon. Because of this many residents are evacuated from their homes to safe relocation sites. During floods supply of fresh water is critical and is brought to the relocation areas on fire trucks. Having been in the camp for several days a boy relishes over his first bath courtesy of the local fire department.
